Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Vani API and console, operated by AhuraSense Ltd ("Vani", "we", "us"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Using Vani
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity that occurs under them.
You must comply with applicable laws, including export controls and sanctions, and with any third-party obligations that apply to how you use the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance and processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. Each plan includes a usage allowance; allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access for the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part-used periods except where required by law.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, chargebacks, and any fees charged by your payment method.
Acceptable use
Vani does not apply a content-policy filter to model output. That places responsibility for how you use the service with you, and the following are prohibited regardless.
- Anything illegal under applicable law, including the generation or distribution of child sexual abuse material.
- Using outputs to cause physical harm, to target individuals for harassment, or to facilitate violence.
- Building systems that make consequential decisions about people — employment, credit, housing, healthcare, or legal outcomes — without meaningful human review.
- Impersonating a person or organisation, or presenting output as human-authored where that is deceptive.
- Evading authentication, rate limits, or usage controls; probing, disrupting, or overloading the service.
- Reselling or redistributing access in a way that circumvents your plan's limits.
Your content and outputs
You keep all rights to the prompts you send. As between you and Vani, you own the outputs generated from them, to the extent ownership is available under applicable law.
Outputs are generated statistically and are not unique to you. Similar prompts from other customers may produce similar results, and we make no claim that any output is original or free of third-party rights.
We do not use your prompts or completions to train models.
Data handling
Customer content is processed in memory and discarded when the request completes — prompts, outputs, image inputs, and conversation history are never written to storage. Operational telemetry, such as token counts, timestamps, model IDs, and status codes, is retained for billing and service reliability.

Service changes
Models, pricing, and features may change. Where a change is material and we can give notice in advance, we will.
We may suspend or terminate access for maintenance, security, non-payment, or to comply with a legal obligation. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Model output can be wrong, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of London having exclusive jurisdiction.
